In 1982, I, Christian Knigge, founded what is now Knigge-Immobilien KG. The experience I gained in the real estate industry led me to decide to use this knowledge as an expert.

Christian Knigge received his first certification as an expert in 2015. This marked the start of the Knigge expert office.

This was followed by a certificate extension as an expert in real estate valuation every two years.

This certification is recognized in all European countries and is equivalent to a publicly appointed and sworn expert by a Chamber of Commerce. Therefore, I also provide expert opinions in court.
